About me

Hi! I am Ellie Cain! I am a mental performance consultant who is working to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). I am a former gymnast and current optional gymnastics coach. I have my Master's degree from Illinois State University in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I mainly work with youth athletes but I also have experience working in the collegiate athletic space! I have a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals and realize their full athletic potential!
